Euro-Weld has a pleasure to announce it’s presence at Suppliers’ Day for Offshore Wind Farm Baltica 2, which will take place on October 10th, 2023 at PGE Narodowy stadium in Warsaw. In 2022, nearly 800 participants took part in the event, including over 500 representing companies from Poland. We assume this year will be even more crowded!
During the Supplier’s Day, subcontractors and sub-suppliers will have the opportunity to learn about the activities carried out by PGE and Ørsted. Representatives of both companies, which are jointly preparing for the construction of the Baltica OWF, will talk about, among others: about the division of purchasing procedures between both joint-venture partners, as well as the applicable QHSE standards and requirements for suppliers in this regard.
In addition to PGE and Ørsted, the event will be attended by representatives of some suppliers of components and services already contracted as part of the development of the Baltica 2 project – one of the two stages of the Baltica Offshore Wind Farm.
During B2B sessions, participants will have the opportunity to present their company and talk about cooperation possibilities. Purchasing specialists from Siemens Gamesa, Semco/PTSC, as well as Windar/Navantia and Boskalis will express the expectations towards their potential suppliers and subcontractors.
